Promote
Marketing Concepts, Inc. is owned and operated by Kay Stanford,
a former teacher, vice-principal, and consultant for the California
Department of Education. Ms. Stanford worked in Texas and California
schools and districts for 11 years. Today she uses her education
experience to provide opportunities for the recognition of successful
education programs.
After leaving the field of education
she worked for 7 years as the marketing director for a non-profit
organization and for a nation-wide bank. She observed that businesses
annually create goals and objectives for their company and employees.
And, as an integral part of that goal setting, companies also
recognize their employees for their achievement. That
recognition effectively drives the accomplishment of the company’s
goals.
Later she formed Promote Marketing Concepts,
Inc. Her objective was to bring to education successful recognition
strategies to enhance the accomplishment of school and educator
goals.
Today Promote creates purposefully designed, highly recognizable
education recognition programs. Promote’s programs are thoughtfully
tailored to acknowledge the dedicated efforts of those involved
in the day-to-day process of educating our youth and to inspire
adults and students to continue to pursue quality education.
These recognition programs are also designed to inform the community
about commendable educational practices.
With these goals in mind Promote builds catalogs of strategically
chosen recognition items for several prominent recognition programs
and feature these award programs on our website.
